Welcome to Seenev Club. These Terms of Service govern your use of seenevclub.com and purchases made through our store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Throughout these Terms, “Seenev Club,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Seenev Limited. “You” refers to the customer or website visitor.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

If you are under 18, you may only use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems.

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • Misuse our content, intellectual property or customer services.

  • Place false, misleading or unauthorised orders.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or Seenev Limited.

4. Products and Product Information

Seenev Club offers original menswear designs unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, materials, measurements, prices and photographs are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. This does not affect your right to receive products that match their description and meet applicable quality standards.

Product availability, colours and sizes may change. We may update or discontinue products, but this will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

5. Prices and Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

The total price payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us, will be shown before you place your order.

Where import duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, the checkout or Shipping Policy will state this where applicable.

We may change prices at any time before accepting an order. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

If we identify an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting your order, we will contact you and allow you to purchase at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Placing and Accepting Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we received it. This acknowledgement does not mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If an order is dispatched in separate parcels, a contract is formed for each dispatched item when its dispatch confirmation is sent.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for reasons including:

  • The product is unavailable.

  • Payment could not be authorised.

  • The delivery address cannot be serviced.

  • An obvious pricing or description error occurred.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.

  • A purchase limit disclosed on the website has been exceeded.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled item.

We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate.

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Information about how personal data is handled is available in our Privacy Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Unless a different timeframe is displayed at checkout or agreed with you:

  • Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Delays may occur because of carrier disruption, customs processing, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If delivery is significantly delayed, we will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law. Unless another delivery period has been agreed, mandatory legal delivery limits continue to apply.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We remain responsible for the order until it is physically received by you or by another person you have nominated to receive it. This does not include a carrier selected independently by you and not offered by us.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union generally have a statutory right to cancel most online product purchases within 14 days after delivery, without providing a reason.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products are separate from and are not limited by our change-of-mind policy.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions displayed when the offer is made.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.

  • Promotions are subject to availability and any stated end date.

  • We may refuse a promotion where it has been used fraudulently or contrary to its published conditions.

Nothing in this section affects an order already accepted or your statutory rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content—including the Seenev Club name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos and website layout—is owned by or licensed to Seenev Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from Seenev Limited.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content or services that we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This section does not affect rights relating to an order already accepted.

14. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Loss is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence of our breach or where both you and we knew it might occur when the contract was formed.

If you use products or the website for commercial or business purposes, we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities or business interruption, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breach of mandatory statutory consumer rights.

  • Defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental action, infrastructure failure or major technical disruption.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the event and contact affected customers where appropriate. This section does not remove any cancellation, refund or delivery rights provided by mandatory consumer law.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and contracts made through Seenev Club are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of the country where you normally live.

The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Where applicable, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, products, business practices or legal obligations.

The Terms in force when your order is accepted will apply to that purchase. Later changes will not apply retrospectively unless required by law or agreed with you.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
